Introduction to me

Creativity leaks out my pores and demands I do something about it. So here we go.

Randi. 41. Voss. Two kids, one cat.

I never thought I would ever go back to school again, but look at me now! Overjoyed to have “homework” and assignments to turn in, and to be living on student loans. I am finally getting the opportunity to make a dream come true. Though, it took me some time to realize what that dream actually was.

Creativity has colored my entire life. Music was the start. I drove my parents crazy singing at all times. Then it was reading, and soon writing. I could not tell you how many notebooks I have filled, but it is quite a few. Eventually I started writing on the computer, and my love for this tool keeps growing. The possibilities!

I tried studying before. Folklore and history were close to my heart. I was determined to learn how to speak icelandic. Well, it’s not too late. I never became a librarian, as I planned, but I still love books. I will one day publish one, I’m sure of it.

I guess I always longed for the creative ways of life, but I never quite found the right output. It was kind of a lightbulb moment for me when I realized that I could combine my, dare I say, talent in front of the computer, with my creativity. And not just by writing, but that I could make beautiful things. Interesting things. Useful things. Someone might even like them.
